StrataRAM is for adults managing strata properties. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 19, British Columbia’s age of majority. If a minor’s data is collected (e.g., via a parent’s account), we protect it with parental consent. Contact us to remove such data.
We review this policy annually. and may make updates. Significant changes occur, so we will notify you via email or in-app alerts at least 30 days in advance. Minor changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Check regularly for updates.
